We provided planning application support, by the way of a travel plan, for the conversion of an existing office property (28 Maritime Lane) into residential apartments.

The development was unable to provide parking for all of the units and thus risked creating additional, unplanned demand for on and off-site parking.

A site-specific travel plan was developed to help address the risk and to respond to relevant elements of national and local policy. The actions identified in the travel plan addressed various associated planning objectives and facilitated planning approval of the proposed development.
